  • With gardens and green areas

  • Quiet streets where children can play

  • Outdoor swimming pool (+ infantile) and heated

  • Night surveillance + security cameras 24h

Beach about 900 meters, (about 10 or 15 minutes on foot)

Supermarket (Mercadona) to 2 minutes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

 

  • CHALET FOR 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM

    1 extra person: supplement of 200 euros.
    Not allowed more than 8 (+1) person

  • NO PETS ARE ALLOWED

  • THE PRICE IS PER WEEK (7 NIGHTS), FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

    – ARRIVAL: 17:00H

    – DEPARTURE: 10:00H

     

    – BED SHEET INCLUDED

    – TOWELS: available by request and supplement: € 10/ towel set

 

  • TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION:
    RESERVATION CONTRACT SIGNATURE & DEPOSIT A BANK TRANSFER OF 400 €. THE DEPOSIT SHALL BE RETURNED AT THE END OF THE STAY, (ALSO BY BANK TRANSFER). THE DEPOSIT IS THE RESERVATION.
  • ARRIVAL TO THE VILLA:
    VACATION CONTRACT SIGNATURE, DELIVERY OF KEYS AND FULL RENTAL PAYMENT (OR BY BANK TRANSFER WITH ADVANCE)
  • FINAL CLEANING
    Included if at the exit the house is left as it was at the entrance: Clean and orderly. Free of fixtures, litter thrown away, empty fridge and swept floor. Otherwise, a supplement of 100 € will be charged for extra cleaning.
  • CANCELLATIONS

    In case of cancellation, the payment made as a reservation will not be returned.
